An exciting and entertaining introduction to pole fitness! Learn the basic fundamentals of pole fitness while enjoying a fun and safe studio. Acquire new skills and small combos on a static pole while building the proper body movements and strength to help build a better you. Then transfer these skills to a spin pole. We will also start learning headstands in this class to improve balance and start getting comfortable being upside down. Everyone is welcome in classes at PoleFreaks Studio!

This is a fun workout that is designed to help you with all the foundations that pole fitness is built on. You will learn basic pole spins, sits and climbs.
